The Racine County Economic Development Corporation can provide financial assistance to your business or industry through a number of resources. Each of our municipalities differ in programs that can be offered.

 

How do the RCEDC Business Financing Programs work?

 

Our loan programs are designed to provide businesses with low down payment options while providing long-term financing.  Depending upon your location and the type of project, one of our programs is sure to assist you with your financing needs.

 

Typically, a Project is structured as follows:

 

Private Lender	50% or less of total cost
RCEDC	40% or less of total cost
Borrower	10% or more of total Project cost

 

 

 

 

Percentages are based upon the type of Project.
